We believe it is crucial for all patients with ischemic heart disease to clarify in advance, before travelling, what emergency therapies for acute myocardial infarction are available in a given country or a region.

The Travel App project, developed by Stent – Save a Life!, will provide coronary patients the opportunity to continue travelling and discovering the world with the safety of understanding whether there is a 24/7 primary PCI facility or just inferior treatment options – or not even – at their desired travel destinations. This innovative service will offer a free browse-able world map, integrated in www.stentsavealife.com, providing current and fundamental information on the coronary care system of various countries and their different regions.

The initiative is fully crowd-funded and the campaign is now opened for donation at https://chuffed.org/project/Travel App.
