• Chinese Cardiovascular Association

China Cardiovascular Association (CCA) was founded on 28th Dec 2015 in Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP). It was proposed by GE Junbo and HUO Yong, instructed by National Health and Family Planning Commission of the People’s Republic of China (NHFPC), supported by Suzhou Industrial Park Administration Committee, and jointly established by National Institute of Hospital Administration, Chinese Medical Doctor Association (CMDA), and China Pharmaceutical Innovation and Research Development Association (PHIRDA).

CCA aims to establish a cooperative and interactive platform in the field of cardiovascular medicine for government departments, academic organizations, experts, doctors and enterprises. It seeks to unite the power from all sides to establish the prevention and treatment battlefront against cardiovascular diseases in China. CCA strives for the early realization of the bending curve of cardiovascular events in China. It seeks to achieve the grand goal of cardiovascular health for every Chinese.
China Cardiovascular Association will promote the transformation of more scientific research achievements and guide China Heart House to work on the prevention, treatment, control, output, learning and research of cardiovascular diseases (CVD) from six directions, which are academic exchange, publication & distribution, training & accreditation, medical development, industry innovation and public education & screening.

Following the principles of “academic guidance, integration of resources, cooperation and exchange, and the sharing of fruits”, CCA has actively acted as a bridge, a platform, and a promoter. It has made outstanding achievements under the support, guidance and active participation of the government, experts and enterprises.

There are two affiliated organizations of CCA: China Heart House (CHH) and China Cardiovascular Foundation (CCF). CHH is responsible for the daily management and administration of CCA. CCF is responsible for raising fund.

The Vision, Mission and Task of CCA are:

• Vision: cardiovascular health for every Chinese
• Mission: to achieve early realization of the bending curve of cardiovascular events in China
• Task: to establish the prevention and treatment battlefront against cardiovascular diseases in China
